On Aug.6,2016, Dongyue MTPS Committee successfully held a kick-off meeting for 2nd Term MTPS(MT Production System) Green Belt Training. The company BB(Black Belt) Team and 15 MTPS GB(Green Belt) have witnessed the moment. Eric Xu, both as General Manager and MTPS Committee Director, made an opening address and expected all the trainees to explore bravely and forge ahead
    The trainees of 2nd Green Belt Training are from Manufacturing Dept., Technical Dept., Quality Dept., Sales Dept. and three Tier 2 suppliers management team. In the following 5 months’ study, the 15 trainees will be divided into 3 groups and the team leaders will head their teams to strive for the Excellent Team and Outstanding Individual. They will have some interesting and difficult courses, strict written test and QW(Quick Win) project by using MTPS knowledge. The trainees who have passed the final exam will be awarded Green Belt Certification at 2017 Dongyue’s New Year Party. 
    As Dongyue’s own production system, MTPS has already formed a personnel framework with Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt which have corresponding RIW, QW and CI projects. Green Belt Training plays an important role in MTPS promotion. Dongyue team will consistently enrich and improve MTPS system to accomplish its 2020 vision, finally satisfying our customers with better quality, delivery and cost.
