To celebrate the Spring Festival, welcome the year of monkey, enrich staff’s cultural life and build a harmonious enterprise, at 8:00 on Jan.31, 2016, Jiangsu Dongyue Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. grandly held a wonderful, interesting and healthy sports meeting at OEM Reserve Zone in Phase Ⅰ. The sports meeting officially started after General Manager Eric Xu’s opening address.
  The games attracted all staff to the site and 192 people participated in it. It includes four competition events: jumping rope, funny relay race, leg-binding walking, tug of war. Every sport can exercise the spirit of solidarity and collaboration. It is not only physical strength competition but also a perfect competition of solidarity and cooperation.
  From beginning to end, every player and team affects the whole field. They kept cheering and applauding for each other. The site was filled with cheers and laughter which reflected everyone’s great enthusiasm.
  The sports meeting enhanced the internal cohesion, improved staff’s initiative of participating in activities and promoted the communication between departments. It built a stage for employees to promote friendship and temper their will, also provided a platform of "happy sports, healthy sports". Relying on their own strength and teamwork spirit, the players showed their style and level, finally achieved good results both in spiritual level and sport performance. With a bit more interest and childlike innocence, the staff experienced the joy of sport, the fun of competition and the comfort of participation. It cultivated the rule consciousness and cooperation spirit, also exploited sport latent energy. Not only reviewed staff’s psychologicaland physical quality, but also inspected the sense of organizational discipline and the spirit outlook.
