In order to improve workers’ skill, come into being the "competition, learning and exceeding" working environment, cultivate and develop highly skilled talents fast for the company, in March our company held " the third welding competition in Dongyue". The activity was organized by our Management department and Technology department with setting up the leading team, participated by all departments and workers.

      This competition is divided into theoretical skills test and practical skills test including the flaming cutting, welding, painting, bending, tacking, machining center, robot operation and so on.

      The organizing, the competition standards , judgment level and the spirit behaving in the competition, have been significantly improved than the previous one. Our company employee skill levels has been reviewed by this comprehensive competition, and finding a number of outstanding talents. 

      The company's chairman gave high recognition, and also proposing expectations for the coming vocational skills competition and training of staff.
